- After completing Aureus Group's online application, we'll perform a
comprehensive skills assessment. You'll be tested on
your skills, written communication, software knowledge, and special
industry knowledge, as applicable.
- Our recruitment specialists will conduct a personal
interview to gain a clear understanding of your career goals,
your experience, and the types of positions you are seeking. The more we
know about you, the more effectively we will be able to market you to
our customers with available positions. Your interview with Aureus Group
opens the door to many opportunities.
- In order to effectively act on your behalf, we'll perform reference
checks. We ask that you provide Aureus Group with at least three
professional references, meaning those with whom you have a
working relationship or history.
- Once your reference check is complete, our recruitment specialists
will begin targeting positions that match your profile
and your personal requirements.
- Aureus Group will provide support during the interview process with
prospective employers, including coaching you on your interview and
providing you with information about the applicable organizations.
- We'll assist in the negotiation of your salary and benefits
package (direct-hire positions).
- We'll remain in close communication with you to ensure long-term
success and a mutually rewarding match.
